Miguel Gallego (he/him/his) is a New York-based sound and media artist and printmaker whose interactive installations and performances explore the relationship between gesture, language, and technological mediation. He received an MFA in Sound Art from Columbia University in 2026. H is work has been exhibited at Sinkhole, Art Cake, CAC Passerelle, and TRAMPS, and he has performed at Dia Chelsea. In 2026, he received an Emergency Grant from the Foundation for Contemporary Arts to perform at the HÁTÍÐNI festival in northern Iceland with collaborator Kate Ehrenberg. He is currently an artist-in-residence at Cobertizo in Jilotepec, Mexico, and will be an artist-in-residence at Anderson Ranch Arts Center in Colorado in spring 2027.
